Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and still have the security tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original jewelry boxes or pouches and pack them into a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
